Cancelation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the service providers’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $23 to be paid by your next appointment. If you provide less than 2 hours notice or provide no notice at all - your appointment will be considered a “No Show” and payment of the full cost of the service will be required to book in another appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for the service provider, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
